Chair Stretch YOGA

A gentle stretch yoga class using a chair for support.

This 30 min class is a perfect release for the shoulders and hips. Incorporate some of these into your day if your work keeps you seated. Maybe you’ll create a yoga- inspired work place!

A great, ease-full class you can do in your own home any time you need a refocus, pause and recharge.
