Yoga/Meditation For… RELIEVING DEPRESSION
We all have days where we feel low, sad, overwhelmed.
So many things can contribute to feeling like this; external stressors, hormones, physical pain, unresolved emotional situations…or just feeling tired from keeping up in a fast-paced, demanding world.
If you are suffering from clinical depression, or having a particularly challenging time, I would of course recommend yoga be used in conjunction with other interventions. I advocate a multi-disciplinary approach to mental health.
